Q: How do I create an account?

A: Open the app and tap "Register" on the login screen. Enter your email, password, company name, and your name. After registration, you'll be automatically logged in.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

A: Currently, password reset must be done through Firebase Console. Please contact support at gialab1402@gmail.com for assistance with password reset.

Q: How do I add stock items?

A: Navigate to the "Stock" section from the main menu, then tap "Add Stock". Select the item type (Plywood/Blockboard or Flush Door), fill in the details, and save.

Q: Can I use the app offline?

A: The app requires an internet connection to sync data with the cloud. However, you can view previously loaded data when offline. New changes require connectivity.

Q: How do I share a PDF estimate?

A: After calculating rates and adding items, tap "Generate PDF" or "Share Estimate". On mobile devices, you can share via email, messaging apps, or save to files. On web, the PDF will be downloaded automatically.

Q: Can multiple users access the same company account?

A: Yes! Multiple users can be added to the same company. Each user needs to register with the same company name. All users in a company share the same stock and order data.

Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Verify your email and password are correct (case-sensitive)
3. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version
4. Try closing and reopening the app
5. If the issue persists, contact support

Data Not Loading

If your stock or orders aren't appearing:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Pull down to refresh the screen
3. Log out and log back in
4. Ensure you're logged in with the correct account

PDF Generation Issues

If PDF sharing isn't working:

1. Ensure you have items added to the calculator
2. Check that you have storage permissions enabled
3. On web, check your browser's download settings
4. Try generating the PDF again

App Crashes or Freezes

If the app crashes or becomes unresponsive:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it
2. Restart your device
3. Update the app to the latest version
4. Clear app cache (if available in device settings)
